The 1999 FXR3 wore two-tone flames on the tank, in blue or emerald green, using the same flame pattern as the 1980 Wide Glide. It came from the Parts and Accessories catalog and was built in small batches at York, so it was a custom job, not a catalog color. That is why the question keeps coming up: we have found no factory paint codes and no paint notes. If you are matching one, the original flame pattern and colors cannot be looked up. Tank photos and a paint specialist are your best bet.
