Reading the chart
All terms sit on one common scale: they were fetched in comparison batches of up to five that share the anchor term harley fxr, so a 10 for one term means the same as a 10 for another. Values are relative interest (100 = harley fxr in its peak month, August 2026), not search counts; <1 is counted as 0.5. Each bar is the year's average of the monthly values; the strip beside it shows the twelve months (January to December). 2026 is year to date.
Values are raw Trends: the index's normalization of the unexplained harley fxr spikes (2012-09 and 2026-08, outlined in the month strips) is not applied here. Compressed bars use a square-root scale so small terms stay visible; Linear shows true proportions.
Dropped terms (faded, below the line): fxr issues, cvo fxr and eric buell fxr were removed from the index as near-empty in Trends. On small screens they hide on their own to give the index terms room; tap Show to bring them back. fxlr was dropped in October 2026 and is not shown: Harley reused the code on the 2018+ Softail Low Rider, so most of its searches are for the new bike. fxr frame was added in its place. Never fetched: bare fxr (the FXR apparel brand swamps it) and bare fxrs (non-Harley noise).
